Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 c. Real Almond Milk
  • 12 Real Almond Milk ice cubes
  • 1/4 c. chia seeds
  • 8 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked for 2 – 4 hours
  • 2 Tbsp. carob powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • pinch of pink Himalayan salt

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, stopping blender frequently to stir.
  2. Pour into serving dishes and serve fresh or refrigerate until needed.
