- 3/4 c. Real Almond Milk
- 12 Real Almond Milk ice cubes
- 1/4 c. chia seeds
- 8 Medjool dates, pitted and soaked for 2 – 4 hours
- 2 Tbsp. carob powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth, stopping blender frequently to stir.
- Pour into serving dishes and serve fresh or refrigerate until needed.
