Cashew Holiday Loaf


  • 3 c. raw ground cashew nuts
  • 2 c. vegan vegeburger
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 tsp. Ener-G Egg replacer, mixed with 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 c. soymilk
  • 1 Tbsp. Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • 3 tsp. McKay’s chicken style seasoning


In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, adding soy milk last. Place into an 8″ x 8″ baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for about an hour, or until golden brown on top.
