Carob Caramels


  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1/2 c. carob powder
  • 1 c. soymilk powder
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Earth Balance margarine
  • 3/4 c. walnuts


  1. Combine all ingredients except walnuts and mix well. Press out onto a plate.
  2. Top with chopped walnuts. Cover and chill until firm. Cut.
