- 1 c. organic popcorn kernels
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 c. vegan butter
- 1 c. pure maple syrup
- Air-pop the popcorn kernels. In a small saucepan, heat vegan butter, maple syrup and salt, stirring until boiling.
- Boil for 5 minutes. Pour over popcorn. Spread on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool for 5 – 10 minutes before serving.
