Cabbage Stew


  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 5 c. diced cabbage
  • 1/2 c. soy curls
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. unfermented soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 c. vegan spaghetti sauce


  1. Bring water to a boil. While water is heating, add remaining ingredients.
  2. Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
