Bulgarian Goulash


  • 6 c. canned tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. McKay’s beef style seasoning
  • 1 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 c. Loma Linda vege-burger
  • 1 15.5 oz. can red kidney beans
  • 1 15.5 oz. can chili beans
  • 4 c. cooked macaroni


  1. Sauté onions and add salt, red pepper flakes, seasoned salt, beef style seasoning and vege-burger.
  2. Add tomatoes, beans and macaroni and cook, stirring, until hot.
