Brownie Fudge


  • 1/2 very ripe banana
  • 2 Tbsp. carob powder
  • 4 Tbsp. cream of coconut
  • 4 Tbsp. raw honey
  • 2 Tbsp. moist almond pulp
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavor


Place banana, carob powder, cream of coconut, honey, almond pulp and vanilla in food processor. Process until smooth. Spread thinly in a casserole dish and chill in refrigerator or freezer until firm.

*Honey in recipe can be replaced with coconut nectar if desired.
