- 2 c. cooked brown rice
- 1/2 c. oat flour
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/3 c. pecan meal
- 1/4 onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp. unfermented soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds, ground
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with hands until well mixed.
- Shape into balls and fry in a little oil until browned, turning frequently.
- Serve with tomato sauce if desired.
