- 2 c. parboiled rice
- 2+1/4 c. water
- 1/2 medium onion, coarsely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1+1/2 tsp. grape seed oil
- Heat a medium sized saucepan over medium heat. Add oil, onion and garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
- Add rice and stir to coat with the oil for another minute, then add the water and cilantro.
- Cover and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes or until all of the water is gone. Salt to taste.
