- 2 1/2 c. navy or great northern beans, cooked without salt or seasonings
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 c. tomato puree
- 1/2 c. pitted dates, blended with 1 cup water
- 1/3 c. molasses
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. vegetable seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in casserole dish and cover with foil.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake an additional 1/2 hour, or until hot and bubbly.
