Blueberry Sauce


  • 3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 c. natural sugar
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • cornstarch and water slurry for thickening


  1. Combine blueberries, natural sugar, orange juice and lemon juice in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add cornstarch slurry, stirring in a little at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
