- 3 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/3 c. natural sugar
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- cornstarch and water slurry for thickening
- Combine blueberries, natural sugar, orange juice and lemon juice in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add cornstarch slurry, stirring in a little at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
