- 1 1/4 c. virgin coconut oil
- 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. liquid lecithin
- 3 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 slightly rounded Tablespoon sea salt
- In blender, combine coconut oil, olive oil, lecithin and flaxseed oil. Mix water and salt together.
- Add water slowly while blender is turning, blending until thickened.
- Pour into container and place in refrigerator to set, about 1 hour.
