Better than Butter


  • 1 1/4 c. virgin coconut oil
  • 3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid lecithin
  • 3 Tbsp. flaxseed oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 slightly rounded Tablespoon sea salt


  1. In blender, combine coconut oil, olive oil, lecithin and flaxseed oil. Mix water and salt together.
  2. Add water slowly while blender is turning, blending until thickened.
  3. Pour into container and place in refrigerator to set, about 1 hour.
