- 1 box extra-firm silken tofu
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp. McKay’s chicken style seasoning, vegan
- 3 Tbsp. fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. sweet relish
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. Vegenaise
- 4 leaves of lettuce
- 8 slices of bread, pita or wraps
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine mashed tofu, celery, green onions, chicken style, turmeric, and dill and mix well.
- Mix in mustard, relish, lemon juice and Vegenaise. Place a lettuce leaf in sandwich, then fill with tofu salad. Serve.
