- 4 c. strawberries, cleaned and diced
- 2 c. blueberries
- 4 c. peaches, peeled and diced
- 1/2 c. brown rice syrup
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir. Place in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, until marinated and chilled.
- Serve topped with Raspberry Tofu Cream if desired (see other recipe).
