Beef Stew


  • Chopped onions
  • Chopped celery
  • Chopped carrots
  • Diced Potatoes
  • Water
  • Leahy Gravy Mix
  • Frozen peas
  • Steak Bake cubes


  1. Combine onions, celery, carrots and potatoes with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  2. Combine gravy mix with water and stir into cooked vegetables, cooking until desired thickness is reached. Stir in frozen peas and Steak Bake cubes.
