- Dry beans of choice
- Vegetable broth
- Chopped vegetables of choice
- Fill canning jars 1/4 full with dry beans. Add vegetables of choice and fill jar with broth.
- Place in deep baking dish or deck pan filled with water.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 3 1/2 hours, or until beans are tender. Store in freezer or in refrigerator. *
* The jars will seal when the lids are placed on while contents are still hot. This does not, however mean that they are safe for long-term storage on the shelf.
