- 16-oz. can fat-free refried beans
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 1/2 stalk celery, minced
- 1/4 c. Tofu Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Spread on sliced whole grain bread, adding lettuce and tomatoes if desired. Makes a nice bean dip too!
