BBQ Slaw Sliders


  • 2 c. rehydrated soy curls
  • 1 c. BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 6 mini buns
  • 1 c. prepared coleslaw


Heat a medium skillet, adding a little water. Add onions, then spread rehydrated soy curls over the top. Add BBQ sauce and mustard.

Cover and steam, stirring occasionally, until onions are tender. Place some of the BBQ mixture in a bun and top with coleslaw.
