- 1 pound barley, cooked and rinsed
- 1 c. diced carrots
- 1 c. sweet green peas
- 1 c. chopped cabbage
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 1/4 c. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chicken-style seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
- In a large skillet, sauté scallions, carrots, cabbage and peas.
- Add barley and seasonings and cook until thoroughly heated.
