- Whole wheat tortillas
- Peanut butter, or other nut butter
- Raisins, opt.
- Ground flaxseed, opt.
For banana pops:
- Carob chips
- Chopped nuts
- Spread tortilla with nut butter, sprinkle with raisins or flaxseed if desired. Place a whole banana on top and roll up, tucking the ends in and serve.
- To make banana popsicles, cut banana wraps in half, add a popsicle stick, and roll in melted carob chips. Roll in your favorite toppings and freeze.
