Banana Wraps & Pops

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Peanut butter, or other nut butter
  • Bananas
  • Raisins, opt.
  • Ground flaxseed, opt.

For banana pops:

  • Carob chips
  • Chopped nuts
  • Coconut

Instructions:

  1. Spread tortilla with nut butter, sprinkle with raisins or flaxseed if desired. Place a whole banana on top and roll up, tucking the ends in and serve.
  2. To make banana popsicles, cut banana wraps in half, add a popsicle stick, and roll in melted carob chips. Roll in your favorite toppings and freeze.
