Banana Split


  • 1 banana
  • 2 – 3 c. vegan ice cream
  • 1/2 c. fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
  • 1 fresh peach, sliced
  • 1/4 c. fresh blackberries
  • Melted carob chips
  • Soy whipped cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts


  1. Cut banana in half lengthwise and place in serving dish. Place three scoops of vegan ice cream on top.
  2. Sprinkle with fresh fruit, chopped nuts and melted carob chips. Add a little soy whipped topping and serve.
