- 2 ripe, firm bananas
- 3/4 c. carob chips
- 1/2 c. chopped peanuts or other nuts (or granola, coconut or sprinkles)
- Cut bananas in half and freeze for about 15 minutes. Place bananas on sticks.
- Melt carob chips. Allow to cool slightly, then roll bananas in carob to coat, and dip into nuts.
- Place on parchment or waxed paper. Return to freezer for an additional 30 minutes.
