Banana Ice Cream


  • Bananas, cut and frozen
  • soymilk
  • sweetener


  1. Place bananas into blender and add desired amount of sweetener and a little soy milk.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more soy milk as necessary. The mixture should be thick.
