Banana Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. thick cashew milk
  • 6 bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
  • 3 c. rolled oats
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. turbinado sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine oats and flour. Mash bananas and add. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  2. Drop by heaping tablespoons onto oiled cookie sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 15 – 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
