Awesome Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 3 green onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan style
  • 1/2 c. mushroom broth
  • 1 tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. McKay’s chicken style seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
  • 2 – 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  • about 12 large mushrooms


  1. Carefully remove stems from mushrooms and wash. In a small bowl, mix crumbs, Parmesan style, Italian seasoning, chicken style seasoning, and onion powder.
  2. Stir in olive oil, mushroom broth, minced garlic and green onions.
  3. Fill mushroom caps with mixture, and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 – 30 minutes, or until browned.
