- 1 (16 oz.) can vegetarian refried beans
- 1/2 c. picante sauce or salsa
- 1 c. vegan Mexican style shredded cheese
- 1/2 c. Tofutti sour cream
- 1 container Tofutti cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
- Tortilla chips
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
- Turn out into a casserole dish and bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
