Awesome Bean Dip


  • 1 (16 oz.) can vegetarian refried beans
  • 1/2 c. picante sauce or salsa
  • 1 c. vegan Mexican style shredded cheese
  • 1/2 c. Tofutti sour cream
  • 1 container Tofutti cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • Tortilla chips


  1. In a medium bowl combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.
  2. Turn out into a casserole dish and bake at 300 degrees for about 20 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
