Applesauce on Toast


  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 2 tsp. peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1 ½ c. applesauce
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • ½ c. strawberries, raspberries or blackberries, sliced
  • ¼ c. walnuts


  1. Toast the bread. Place slice of bread on plate. Spread with peanut butter. Spoon applesauce on top.
  2. Add slices of banana and berries. Garnish with walnuts.
