- 1/3 c. almondaise (see other recipe)
- 2 heaping tablespoons red onion, finely diced
- 1 Tbsp. dill relish
- Mix all ingredients together and serve.
Variations for salad dressings:
- Almondaise and salsa
- Almondaise, frozen raspberry juice concentrate, dried cranberries, and macadamia nuts
- Almondaise, chopped artichoke hearts, and a little of the artichoke liquid
- Almondaise, honey, nuts, and coconut milk
- Almondaise and chopped red pepper and pine nuts
- Serve over lettuce wedges with your choice of garnishes, such as: scallions, red peppers, sliced almonds, etc.
