Almond Tartar Sauce


  • 1/3 c. almondaise (see other recipe)
  • 2 heaping tablespoons red onion, finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp. dill relish


  1. Mix all ingredients together and serve.

Variations for salad dressings:

  • Almondaise and salsa
  • Almondaise, frozen raspberry juice concentrate, dried cranberries, and macadamia nuts
  • Almondaise, chopped artichoke hearts, and a little of the artichoke liquid
  • Almondaise, honey, nuts, and coconut milk
  • Almondaise and chopped red pepper and pine nuts
  • Serve over lettuce wedges with your choice of garnishes, such as: scallions, red peppers, sliced almonds, etc.
