Almond Milk


  • 1 c. blanched almonds
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. agave nectar
  • 1 qt. water


  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until very smooth. Strain through a mesh bag or cheesecloth. Save pulp for use in another recipe.

Variations: Blend in carob powder for “chocolate” milk or fresh strawberries for strawberry milk.
