Almond Milk


  • 1 c. blanched almonds
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. sweetener or 4 dates
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. water


  1. In blender, combine almonds, sweetener, sea salt and vanilla.
  2. Add 1 cup of water and blend until very smooth – about a minute. Add remaining water and blend until mixed.
  3. Strain almond milk through a cloth bag or cheesecloth, if desired. Keep chilled until needed.
