- 1 c. blanched almonds
- 1 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. sweetener or 4 dates
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. water
- In blender, combine almonds, sweetener, sea salt and vanilla.
- Add 1 cup of water and blend until very smooth – about a minute. Add remaining water and blend until mixed.
- Strain almond milk through a cloth bag or cheesecloth, if desired. Keep chilled until needed.
