- 3 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. blanched slivered almonds
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 2 c. flaked coconut
- 1/3 c. unsalted sunflower seeds, opt.
- 1/3 c. pure maple syrup
- 1/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. raisins
- Combine ingredients of mix #1 and stir. With a whisk, combine ingredients for mix #2.
- Stir into mix #1 until well combined.
- Spread on trays and bake at 240 degrees until golden and crispy, stirring as needed. Add the raisins.
