Alfredo Sauce


  • 1 12oz. package Mori-Nu firm tofu
  • 1 1/2 c. unsweetened soy milk
  • 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp. vegan Parmesan or nutritional yeast flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley


  1. In blender combine tofu, soy milk, garlic, olive oil and vegan Parmesan. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a small saucepan and add salt, onion powder, basil and parsley.
  3. Stir and simmer until hot, but do not boil.
