Fresh Pasta Salad

Ingredients:

  • Cooked corn rotini pasta
  • Fresh baby spinach
  • Slivered red onions
  • Chopped fresh garlic
  • Minced fresh basil
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • Fresh tomato wedges
  • Green onions

Dressing:

  • Bragg’s liquid aminos
  • Pure cane sugar
  • Vegenaise
  • Tofutti Sour Supreme
  • Himalayan salt
  • Lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Toss salad ingredients together. Mix dressing ingredients according to taste.
  2. Pour over salad and mix.

* Add imitation Parmesan and/or olive oil for an Italian touch.
