Percentages – Seventh-day Adventist Communities

The Largest Seventh-day Adventist Communities

http://www.adherents.com/largecom/com_sda.html

The Seventh-day Adventist Church is a large, international Protestant denomination. Most Seventh-day Adventists live outside the United States, but the U.S. population is approaching one million members.
A recent study found that in the United States, Seventh-day Adventists exhibit a higher level of church giving than all but two other denominations. [Source: “Churches Lagging in Collections” by Julia McCord, Omaha World-Herald, 23 April 2000.]

IMPORTANT NOTE: It is probable that some of the counties on this list with small populations (and very small numbers of reported Seventh-day Adventists) have SDA congregations which draw members from adjoining counties. Because these numbers are based on church reports and not census counts, this would mean the actual proportion of Seventh-day Adventists in such a county might seem higher in this list than it actually is, whereas the proportion in adjoining counties would be zero.
