Lee Venden’s “Revelation of Whom?” Searches for Jesus

Pastor Lee Venden has never forgotten the joy he experienced when he discovered the difference between knowing about Jesus, and actually knowing Jesus. A pastor and educator for more than 30 years, he has sought to know Jesus better, and help others accomplish that, as well.

“During this series we will look into the last book of the Bible with the intent of finding Jesus,” he says. “Since Jesus is the heart, core, center, and pivotal theme of Revelation, we will make every effort to discover personal applications that affect our daily walk with Him. We’ll find personal relevancy for each viewer—regardless of their denominational association.”

Pastor Venden began his ministry by teaching Bible classes for academy students for eight years, before working as a pastor for more than 30 years. His sermons are broadcast on television and over the Internet.

Since 2008, he and his wife Marji have worked as a full-time Revivalist Team for the Upper Columbia Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. He has authored three books, and co-authored More About Jesus, a Bible study series in print and online at MoreAboutJesus.org.

The Venden’s have been married for 36 years. Their son Kris is a systems analyst, and their daughter Lindsey is a registered nurse.

The Venden’s revival website may be found at AllAboutJesusSeminars.org.

I am so Happy you are having Lee Vendon doing an Anchors Of Truth. I had lost track of him. I loved his father Morris Vendon so much. I am looking forward to this! God Bless all of you for what you do. The wonderful, inspiring programs are there for us 24-7. I loved this past Thursday's Live Bible Study. Keep up the good work.

I have no satellite and no cable TV. Do you send programs over the Internet? Is there a cost? I asked for this information previously, but somehow didn't get it. If this is not the right section for this kind of question, please let me know the right e-mail address to go to. Thank you. Lorraine

I looked at the store and didn't see it. Do you know when it will be available?

        • Michael Prewitt

They should be available by Wednesday or Thursday of this week. Usually live series like this are posted the Tuesday after they air, from what I've been told.

I loved the comment about knowing about Jesus and REALLY knowing Him. I've been a Christian since I was 13 and I just turned 70. I've been praying that I would really know Him in a real, more personal way. I'm not Seventh-day Adventist, but know many wonderful Christians who are. I'm excited about your new series.

Can someone attend this series Revelation of Whom in person?

    • Michael Prewitt

Yes, you may attend in person if you are in the southern Illinois area. The Anchors of Truth series, like many live events on 3ABN, is recorded in the 3ABN Worship Center, on 3ABN's campus.

Are these programs going to be rebroadcast at any time? I missed the first of the series.

    • Michael Prewitt

I am sure they will be rebroadcast, but it could be months before they enter the sequence of rerun episodes.

Are the first two programs going to re-air or available on your website? I am watching tonight's "Do It Yourself." I've scheduled tomarrow's programs, but missed the first two. I hope they're available as I appreciate what I've heard in just the last couple of minutes. Thank you VERY much–and I thank you and our Lord for your ministry. (FYI, I rarely check email.)
